How does the HYDRON token supply work?

Only 777 tokens were initially minted upon creation and the only way new tokens are minted is through dividend payouts. The token amount that is paid out on each dividend is decreased by 3% every 30 days. The max token supply is 7,777,777.77. This can be seen in the following graph:

How does HYDRON maintain value?

As time passes, the dividend payouts for the HYDRON token will continue to decrease indefinitely. This mirrors a principle seen in the famous cryptocurrency, Bitcoin. Bitcoin undergoes a process called "halving" every 4 years, reducing the rewards given to miners by half. This reduction increases Bitcoin's scarcity and typically leads to a rise in its value.

How often are dividends paid?

Dividends are paid out based on a predetermined cycle referred to as the Dividend Frequency. This frequency is a hard-coded (immutable) value set at 24 hours. This means that every 24 hours a dividend is triggered and paid out to the respective token holders.

What is the dividend reduction rate?

The Dividend Reduction Rate (DDR) defines the percentage of the dividend amount that will decrease after a period of 30 days. The DDR is a fixed value set at 3%. This means that after every 30 days the dividend amount will decrease by 3%.

Where are dividends paid to?

Dividends are paid out directly to token holders‘ wallets in HYDRON. Your token amount will increase every day.

What does the treasury reserve do?

The treasury reserve is responsible for adding the initial liquidity, locking in that liquidity for five years and collecting the fees.

Fee Structure

A 1% tax is applied to purchases, with the proceeds allocated to the team, while a 7% tax is applied to sales, with the proceeds directed towards marketing efforts.
